Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We're looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our growing team in Yogyakarta! This is a Work From Office (WFO) position where you'll contribute directly to our success.

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to potential customers and explain our products/services.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.

• Help solve customer inquiries and provide a positive experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales/Telemarketing Representative.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• High motivation to achieve targets.

• Ability to work Monday - Friday (office hours).

• Preferably experienced in banking/insurance telesales (a plus!).

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

• Domiciled in Yogyakarta area.

• High work motivation and a positive attitude!
