Job Description
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing a team and handling high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to handle complex recruitment challenges and devise effective solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the recruitment team.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the creation of job descriptions and postings.
