Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring (sourcing, screening, interview) - (Mengelola rekrutmen menyeluruh untuk perekrutan skala besar)
Develop and maintain candidate sourcing channels in all major regions of Indonesia - (Mengembangkan dan memelihara saluran pencarian kandidat di semua wilayah utama di Indonesia)
Build partnerships with communities, job portals, and local agencies. - (Membangun kemitraan dengan komunitas, portal lowongan kerja, dan agensi lokal)
Execute effective recruitment campaigns through online and offline channels. - (Melaksanakan kampanye rekrutmen yang efektif melalui saluran online dan offline)
Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring speed, cost, and quality. - (Memantau metrik rekrutmen untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, biaya, dan kualitas perekrutan)
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet manpower targets - (Berkolaborasi dengan tim SDM dan operasional untuk memenuhi target tenaga kerja)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in massive or blue-collar & white collar hiring.
Proven success in managing nationwide recruitment drives.
Strong candidate database or sourcing network across Indonesia.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with digital hiring tools and social media recruitment.
Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Background in managing massive recruitment / head hunting projects.
