Responsibilities:

• Contacting leads by phone to offering products.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person.
• Provide information about products, pricing, etc.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update sales and client records.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from clients internally.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sales or related position (Fresh graduate are welcome).
• Target Oriented and Tech savvy.
• Familiar with HRIS
• Ability to understand product knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
