• Promote and Selling UPS, products and services to customer, and achieve business target, Growth and KPIs as assigned.
• Acquire new customers, grwo customer bae and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation
• Perform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers. Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs
• Retain and develp existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any
• Support and participate in business programs and execute country and regional projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree / S1 in any field of study
• Experience 2-3 years in the same field
• Good capability in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and presentation
• Focus on the target
• Good in understanding products
• Understand in using supported tools
• Sales closing
• Able to work as individual and team
• Placement in East Java
